Learn To
- Prepare for resting with calming activities and intention.
- Observe one’s state in the dream.
- Reset the night practice every 2 hours with symbol and intention.
- Cultivate memory of the dream experience in the morning.
- Develop lucid dreaming.
- Develop playful experimentation in dream state.
- Carry the focus of mind into the dream. Carry the fluidity of the dream into the waking life.
- Support dream practice with Tsa Lung and Zhang Zhung Trul Khor, sets 1-2, practices.
