Learn To   

  • Prepare for resting with calming activities and intention.
  • Observe one’s state in the dream.
  • Reset the night practice every 2 hours with symbol and intention.
  • Cultivate memory of the dream experience in the morning.
  • Develop lucid dreaming.
  • Develop playful experimentation in dream state.
  • Carry the focus of mind into the dream. Carry the fluidity of the dream into the waking life.
  • Support dream practice with Tsa Lung and Zhang Zhung Trul Khor, sets 1-2, practices.
